Patrick has over a decade of experience as a music teacher and spends a lot of his week with 1:1 students in Marple, Marple Bridge and High Lane teaching guitar, ukulele, mandolin, and bass, as well as music theory. He has played all of the instruments he teaches professionally and can teach at any level of difficulty.

There aren't many barriers that can't be overcome in lessons as long as you want to learn. Patrick has taught all ages in a variety of settings, including in mainstream and specialist schools. If you or your child have additional learning needs or disabilities and have struggled to find a music teacher who works well for you, we encourage you to get in touch.

Patrick currently teaches at at two venues on Stockport Road.

Lentils and Lather, 107 Stockport Road, SK6 6AF

 Both of these spaces have been set up as private spaces for 1:1 teaching. 

Please bear in mind that the space at Lentils and Lather is at the top of a steep staircase and might not be accessible to everyone - apologies. Let us know if this will be a barrier for you.

There is capacity for parents to sit in on lessons with younger students. In fact, this is encouraged, especially at the beginning, so you can see what your child is learning.

Note: at-home lessons in Marple, Marple Bridge and High Lane are organised on a case-by-case basis depending on need. This is not available to all students but please don't hesitate to get in touch about at home teaching if you think it is the best option for you or your child.
